In working one-on-one with entrepreneurs and in building my own business I have discovered one fundamental truth, most entrepreneurs (especially the new ones) are drowning in information, drowning in decisions, distracted by the bright shiny things they "have to be doing in their business" the next "big thing", disoriented, disorganized, and daunted by all the possibilities and moving pieces in their business.

We don't need more information, more things on our to-do list, more directions to be pulled in; we need clarity. We need someone filtering through the 1.2 million terabytes of data on the internet and telling us the bare minimum we need in order to do something well.

Each month focuses on a different key area of your business bringing your attention to it, training you up on how to bring it into tip-top shape, and giving you a (short) list of exactly what needs to be done. This eliminates that back-of-your-head feeling of what-have-I-forgotten and when-am-I going-to-get-around-to-learning.

We will also work to cultivate focus within you as a practice and build your capacity to focus absolutely, making you more productive, less stressed, and a more capable business owner.Build & Become comes with its own weekly rhythm (and encourages you to create a daily routine as well).
Our week starts out with the Sunday Setup to get you prepared for your week so that you can arrive on Monday morning ready to face the Monday Moment our weekly journal prompt deliberately designed to be the opportunity for you to decide what kind of week you are going to show up for. Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday are all about getting to work (and your weekly training and resources will go out). We finish each week strong with the Focus Friday. The Focus Friday directs your focus to one intentional, actionable area so that you can kill it on Friday and enter your weekend sans the weight of dreams undone.

Throughout the year we tackle things like social media planning, the tech tools that help you WITHOUT sucking up all your time, balancing entrepreneurship and relationships, effectively utilizing video online, and all the other topics you've been meaning to figure out for your business.

The themes within the program will help you utilize the time you spend building your business to its best advantage. (No more spinning your wheels and "what do I do nows?") Over the course of the year you will have put conscious effort into all of the critical areas of your business to keep (or build) your business healthy, thriving, and profitable.

The content of the membership is enough, but the value of it comes from the work you and I are able to do. Each month you get multiple opportunities for one-on-one time with me to tailor it all to your specific business, your individual passion, your purpose, and the impact you want to have on the world.

Dedicated Coaching Time: A pre-scheduled one-on-one strategy session each month (we will block out an hour but we don’t have to use it all), AND 1 additional hour of accountability time (blocked out in both of our calendars, I check in beforehand to set goals for that time and am available via Voxer and email while you get that work done. If you need to, you can change that accountability hour into an additional strategy hour. I will just need 48 hours notice.)

Group and Variable Coaching time: Each month you will have a mix of the following coaching opportunities:

What is a membership program?

I can't tell you what other membership programs are, but this membership is a container for one-on-one coaching supported by our exclusive training, accountability, and community app. All of that content,(training videos, mindset and focus tips, action items, and way more) is posted in the app and web app for members to learn from.

What EXACTLY is included in Membership?

What access to one-on-one coaching you receive depends on your level of membership. Signature Membership includes two one-on-one strategy calls a month. All plans receive access to exclusive member content. As a member, you will get

  • Bi-monthly Call-in hours and E-coaching for help with graphics, copy, and other visual elements

Do I have to start with an Intensive?

You don’t HAVE to do anything. You don’t have to hire a business coach. But yes I do strongly recommend you start with an intensive (a big chunk of one-on-one time). In an intensive, we have the time to dig into a full business model evaluation, assess all of your systems, capacity, and team needs, and lay out a plan that takes the big picture of what you want to do and narrows it down to what you need to be doing each day. Our ongoing work in coaching will be more aligned, more focused, and more productive if we start with an intensive.

How to Use Your Member Benefits

  • In-App Community →  It's like a facebook group but just for members so it’s a great place to keep connecting and networking. Share wins, ask questions of each other, drop links to content you want to get eyes on. ENGAGE!

  • One-on-One Strategy call  →  We go into these with a mission for how we can use this time to the greatest possible effect and come out with a problem solved or a deliverable completed (or planned). And signature members always have the option to add an extra call in on the months where you need more support.

  • Implementation time →  Just because we won't be on a call the whole time, does not mean this isn't a real meeting, implementation time is committed, once it's in your calendar you can move it but can't cancel it. I'm right there with you (in spirit and in Voxer) so that you have actual time set aside for business development (not just time where we *talk about business development*)

  • In-App Messaging  →  The place for quick wins, questions, reframes, and ultra-specific pep talks.

  • Book Club  →  Business and personal development books that we read as a group and then meet on zoom to discuss. Members are invited to attend whether or not they have read or finished the book.

  • Live Q&As  →  Another time to get questions answered or check-in, BUT ALSO a great time to be in community with each other and learn from the experts around you. Q&As are scheduled on an as-needed basis. I’m listening for when you need them.

  • Quarterly Retreats → Start each season of the year with a half-day virtual retreat to lay out your priorities and plans for the next three months. Annual goals won’t slip away when we revisit them together each season.
