I founded the Emerald Office to further a simple idea: It is possible to create a great life that is also a good one. I was done with the idea of the leader as the martyr, done with all this talk of grind and hustle among entrepreneurs when I have a life I intend to live. I was fed up with the narrative that you had to lay your life on the line to do something meaningful in the world. So I set out to create a place for mission-driven entrepreneurs and visionaries to build businesses that they believed in and lives they enjoyed living. Today, I do that through my flagship mentorship program Full Focus Entrepreneur, the Full Focus App and through the podcasts, videos, and blogs that I create here, in the Emerald Office.
