Executive Coaching for Growing Businesses

In my years as a business coach, I have tried it all: online based membership programs, content creation, a coaching app, group coaching retreats and found each to have their advantages. But when it comes down to it there is one arena where I shine, where my clients gain concrete clarity, experience aligned action, and see real progress, one-on-one coaching. I now only offer what I am the best at deeply intimate, no holds barred executive coaching. When you are serious about building your empire, when you are serious about becoming the business owner you can be, when you are serious about balancing work and life beyond superficial satisfaction, you call me. I will start you out with an intensive to gain clarity, create strategy, and lay out a plan to get you where you want to be. From there we enter a high-level, high-touch, high-intensity, high-investment coaching relationship with biweekly, quarterly, and annual chunks of time to maintain, assess, and strategize. A la carte intensives are available, but in most cases I will create an all-inclusive, annual-commitment, monthly-payment package for you.

Intensives

An intensive is required to begin working with me. This is our chance to fully explore what you are out to build and who you are out to become. All intensives are available virtually. Full day and Power week intensives are available as an in person VIP experience subject to my schedule. In person, VIP intensives take place in my small town of Winterport, Maine. In rare cases, I can fly to you at your expense. VIP intensives include food and lodging, a welcome basket, and an insane amount of one-on-one dreaming and scheming.

Full-Day Intensive

A full day of looking at your business architecture and laying out a comprehensive strategy. We use this time to really get you set up to get your business to exactly where we want it. We'll prioritize before we get started but we've got plenty of time to hit on your business model, organization, plan, marketing strategy or whatever else is top of mind for you. Your agenda is the agenda, but regardless you walk away with concrete action steps and the tools you need to carry them out. This intensive is delivered virtually and may be split into two half days.

Half-Day Intensive

Same idea as a full day, just half the time and half the cost. We meet virtually to set your top priorities and then tackle what is top of mind for you in 4 deep strategy hours. The best half days are the ones laser-focused on a specific project or problem.

The Power Week

A power week is exactly what it sounds like, a week of powering through all the things that need to get done to get your business to where it needs to be. Each day for 5 days we meet for 2(ish) hours to lay work on a specific thing. Then you spend the rest of the day following through on action items we created. I’m right there with you for execution as well with open limes of communication all week long. With 5 days to work through this, we can cover the full vision and strategy for your business, business model analysis, your leadership and team development strategy, and how to integrate your business seamlessly into your life. Again, whatever is top of mind for you is top of our agenda. We will meet beforehand to strategize on how to make the most out of this time. This is my most powerful and intense intensive
